New IDX rolls out

Real Estate Webmasters for those of you who know is probably the best idx platform on the market.  Real Estate Webmasters recently rolled out it’s new version ( IDX 3.0) which rivals Realtor.com.  Also, one of the best features of all in that this idx is search engine spiderable!  I personally own a Real Estate Webmasters site and have their idx of course and I rank for terms that I shouldn’t.  For example when seller or buyers specifically types in their address, I rank on page 1 of G every single time.

Real Estate Webmasters is currently running a sale right now!  Check out their website for yourself and place an order!  Also be sure to check out the new map search which allows customers to search an area they outline on a map.  The idx is custom and additional add on’s  are available for purchase.  For example, Google Directions, Get Local, Walk Score, plus more.  Real Estate Webmasters have worked very well for me and it can for you as well.

  1. I just bought mine and I have it almost done- still some minor things I want to adjust. After 4 days only have 71 pages indexed praying for when it kicks in full strengh. How long did it take for you to get full google benefit.

  2. It’s a big benefit to have the IDX spiderable. I get similar results from my websites at dynamic page solutions. What I’m wondering is this: Is this a trend, are all sites eventually going to do this?

Sometimes it sucks too, like when I got a call the other day from the lawnservice out mowing at a fourplex called me and angrily asked where their check for their services was. I had to explain that I was not the listing agent, they just though I was lying to try and get out of paying the bill! ha ha.

  3. REW is really one of the industry innovators. I’m currently working towards getting an LEC by the end of this year. Grrrr, I can’t wait.

  4. Alex, I love my new lec 5. The only downfall of webmasters is the $125/hr programming fee. If I was rolling in the money, rew is by far the industry leader and Rolls Royce of websites. I love em.
