Home Gain does give a way for new websites to get traffic and was a better method than Google Ad words because it gave better leads. Being that the buyer isn't paying for this service, the agents are, I feel like Home Gain is still a good thing for the real estate industry being that it helps give new agents and new real estate websites a start. I would have to say that they are a great lead source. It is really no different than another client recommending your services, they are a 3rd party recommending you to a new party.
