They attribute their view on the basis, among other things, that the real estate boom that was enjoyed for literally years in many parts of the country was unprecedented – but they feel that the correcting of that market boom, will now also be unprecedented in its continued languish.
One of the upsides is for many persons that are wanting to enter or move up in today’s real estate market – its more affordable today that it has been in years.
Ultimately though, real estate is local. There are still booming real estate markets across the country, despite the overall doom and gloom perspective.
