Jon, I agree with the article about how to fix the housing market. Do absolutely nothing is the best solution. We are only digging ourselves a larger more debt filled hole. I could ramble on forever, but until our government does nothing to fix the housing market, only then can we truly start the road to a decade long recovery at best.
