Great interview Eric! As I read it I thought about how hard I, and my team, have worked to build a positive presence on the internet. I can’t imagine having something totally unexpected like this pop up and derail us one day. Kudos to everyone working to Carolyn.

As Realtors, we are only as good as our name and reputation. I can’t imagine the difficulties Carolyn has had to endure to clear herself and disassociate from the “other” Carolyn. Excellent article BTW!
