Steve started his real estate career while many real estate agents were jumping ship. Having worked in the three worst years of real estate in decades has allowed Steve to sharpen his skills and learn how to survive. Steve had to learn through trial by fire while banks were trying to figure out what they could and could not get away with. Shortly thereafter, short sales became the norm, and once again, the school of hard knocks was the best school. Now Steve has become a master of dealing with banks on foreclosures and short sales.
Prior to becoming a top producer in Tempe, AZ, Steve worked at Intel for four years designing cell phone components like flash memory and USB interfaces. It was those analytical skills along with his technical skills that has allowed him to gain the online presence he has today. Steve is also a regular contributor at the realestatewebmasters.com forum.
Steve has lived in Arizona for all but 3 years. When Steve isn’t working or coaching new real estate agents, he plays basketball in organized leagues, watches the Suns or Cardinals, and spends time with his family.
